Hi All

I was making a new tail piece jig yesterday morning as I was never happy with the clamping arrangements on mine, I took some photos as I did it so here they are.

Hope somone finds it useful.

Russell,

All you need now are a few "reels" and you'll have a set for an Irish Session in the pub!

Neat jig!

Great Jig Russell!

Although a little pricer, here is Guitar Jigs version -
I used this unit again this morning, what I love about it is that with a dedicated router, I'm able to do this operation in under 15 minutes. No set up, and dummy proof! Perfect for me!!

Lance I can't quite see from the photos how the guitar holds in, I would be very interested to see. I have not seen any of guitar jigs stuff before, that looks a very nicely made jig.

Russell, it pretty much clamps to the box, using a turning knob, the jig is lined with cork, its self leveling, you just line it up on center, and go to it.
All of Guitar Jigs stuff is like this, top notch and well thought out.

Lance,

You know, that tool is still not on the Guitar Jigs website. Very frustrating! Why are vendors hiding their products from the people who might want them?!

BTW, Russell, good thinking! CarltonM38620.0944328704
